Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These terms set out the agreement between you and COMAD when you use our website, apps, and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of terms

By signing up to COMAD or using any part of the service, you confirm you've read and agreed to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Use of the platform

COMAD lets you discover workspaces, book desks using credits, and connect with a local community. You agree to use the service for its intended purpose, follow the rules of any space you book, and treat other members and operators with respect.

Credit purchases and refunds

Memberships and credit bundles are billed in advance. Credits are non-transferable. Unused credits roll over for the period stated in your plan and expire after that window. We don't offer refunds for unused credits, but if something goes wrong with a booking - email us at hello@comad.uk and we'll make it right.

Operator responsibilities

If you host a space on COMAD, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate listing information, photos, and availability
  • Honour confirmed bookings and keep your space in a usable, safe condition
  • Comply with all applicable laws, insurance, and health and safety rules
  • Communicate respectfully with members

Member responsibilities

If you book a workspace through COMAD, you agree to:

  • Show up at the times you've booked and respect the space's house rules
  • Not misuse the venue or disturb other guests
  • Pay for any damage you cause
  • Treat operators and fellow members courteously

Content and account removal

COMAD may remove content, listings, or accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform. Where reasonable, we'll let you know why.

Limitation of liability

COMAD provides the platform "as is". We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for the conduct of operators, members, or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
