This Privacy Policy explains what information COMAD collects when you use our platform, how we use it, and what choices you have. We've tried to keep it plain and clear - if anything isn't, email us at hello@comad.uk.
What we collect
When you sign up and use COMAD, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your general location (city or area)
- The type of work you do (freelancer, remote employee, founder, etc.)
- Your booking history and credit balance
- Messages you send through the platform
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide the service - let you find workspaces, book desks, and manage credits
- Match you with other members and Interest Circles nearby
- Send you booking confirmations, reminders, and important account notifications
- Improve the platform based on how people use it
How we store it
Your data is stored securely using Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase). Access is protected by row-level security, and we only retain data for as long as we need it to run the service.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third parties to run COMAD:
- Mapbox - to show workspace locations on maps
- Stripe (coming soon) - to process payments for credits and memberships
These services receive only the minimum information needed to do their job, and each has their own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your account and the data tied to it
